If your order has not arrived within the time that you expected it, please first check your tracking to see if there has been any delays to weather or items being lost. Tracking numbers may be found in the email that was generated when the order was placed.
If the tracking number shows that the items were ‘delivered’ but you do not have them, please check that the address you provided on your order is correct. We would also recommend checking with your neighbors and then contact the shipping company directly.
If an item shows a ‘delivered’ status Slick Products does not take responsibility for stolen or lost packages.
